Exhibition organised together with Staatliche Hochschule für Bildende Künste – Städelschule, Frankfurt, and Künstlerhaus Bethanien, Berlin

Bianca Baldi, Khaled Barakeh, Elif Erkan, Maki Ishii, Michael Lee, Mahony, Sathit Sattarasart and Il-Jin Atem Choi, Thabiso Sekgala, Aiko Tezuka, Marie Zolamian

The project invited young artists from around the world to investigate the tension between global and local artistic practice by creating site-specific works for Villa 102 in its unrenovated state. The mansion, which had been left vacant and derelict for years, was turned into an action space, a workshop and a studio. The exhibition served as a platform for an attempt to locate artistic practice in today's globalised world.

15 March to 28 April 2013
Open daily from 10am to 6pm
